She learned a multitude of new skills, from drawing blood, placing IVs, giving sub-q fluids, and giving injections. For the last few years, she has been a part of our customer service representative team, still doing what she loves, which is helping clients care for their pets. Susan has three pets of her own. Two cats, Maddie and Ziva, and Letty, a German Shepherd. When not at work, Susan loves spending time with her family and going on trips to national parks.
