Susan

Susan joined our team in September 2001 after working in the Hotel Industry for 20 years. She started as a room tech with no experience but received top-notch training from Erin and our amazing doctors. She learned a multitude of new skills, from drawing blood, placing IVs, giving sub-q fluids, and giving injections. She learned how to hold cats, dogs, and many different exotic pets and learned how to read their personalities and body language. For the last few years, she has been a part of our customer service representative team, still doing what she loves, which is helping clients care for their pets. Susan has three pets of her own. Two cats, Maddie and Ziva, and Letty, a German Shepherd. When not at work, Susan loves spending time with her family and going on trips to national parks.,
