Hours and Staffing
We are open for appointments 7 days a week! Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
To allow for routine surgery, we open our doors for surgery or hospital admissions Monday through Friday at 7:30am.
We have overnight nursing care available every night! (Additional fee)
The hospital is staffed during our general business hours, and often has personnel present 1-2 hours before and after regular hours. Animals do not have supervision after-hours from 10pm until 6am. If your pet is critically ill and we feel he/she should not be alone, we will be here 24 hours a day (additional fees apply).
NOTE: Doctor visits are by appointment only. Holiday schedules may vary, but we are open every holiday except for Christmas. Please call for times.
Your Visit and Pet Restraint
We attempt to make all your visits as pleasant as possible. To help us do that we ask that you please keep your pet on a leash, in your arms, or in a carrier while in the reception area of the hospital. Every effort is made to avoid contact between patients. In the examination room, please ask for one of our technical staff to assist with your pet.
Payment Policy
- Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Care Credit, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and DiscoverCard.
- We try to make sure all fees are fair and reasonable, and you are encouraged to ask for an estimate and discuss charges before services are rendered.
A Note Regarding Medications
- Please follow all instructions on your medication precisely.
- Call if your pet seems to react adversely.
- Do not use human medication without specific instruction from a veterinarian, as some can be deadly.
- Keep all medications out of the reach of children and pets.
